Hi its great to meet you!
I hold the belief that we are perfectly imperfect! We are beautiful and spectacular but can also become stuck, unhappy and unable to live a fulfilling life and that’s where I come in.
As a Mom, a daughter, a fellow human and Registered Therapeutic Counsellor, my experience allows me to understand the best ways to address each client’s needs in an effective manner.
I offer facilitation of corporate and community online mental health and life skills programming, group and 1:1 Somatic Reparenting and Emotional Freedom Technique sessions and enjoy learning and offering energy work and nervous system regulation.
I am flexible in my approach and use collaboration as the basis of my therapy.
