My therapy style is an integrative blend of modalities that include existential, person centered, narrative, solution based, family system, choice and reality therapies with mindfulness and holistic applications.
If I am not working you will find me around town with my family, riding my bike, out for a walk or in the garden.
This 15-20 minutes is an opportunity to ask questions, meet me and learn about my services without having to disclose too much information about why you are seeking counselling or discuss the current problem that you are undergoing (which takes place during the first session, called the intake session).
